Prices, conditions and reductions
The apartment rates are intended for a maximum of 4 people. If the number of people is higher (max 6), the price is negotiable.
For those apartment guests who would like to make use of the breakfast offer, the surcharge amounts to € 7.00 per adult.
The room rates are intended including breakfast.
The price for pets (every size)is five euro at day.

Conditions
- For stays of less than 3 days the prices are subject to a surcharge of between 15-20%
- Bath towels, bed linen, dishware, water gas and light are included in the rates
- Linen and towels are changed once a week
- The apartments and rooms have to be vacated by 10:00
- We accept small animals under the condition that they are quiet, clean and are supervised by their owners.
- It is a non-smoking establishment and it's forbidden to smoke in the any of the rooms or apartments.
- The final cleaning which is the responsibility of the tenant is not included in the rate.
- Early arrivals or departures are normally not reimbursed.
